| You provide a drawing with the coast and the name of the profile. |
Two options :
- Cores with body (Delivery time very short).
- Safes Wings.
They are made vacuum with :
- polystyrene cores (density 15 kg m3),
cut by a machine with the digital profile (changed) of your choice,
with or without corner, with or without twisting, with or without arrow,
emplanture up to 70 cm possible ;
- samba 6/10eme ;
- ducts ;
- epoxy resin and fiberglass ;
- additions : Long, brakes, hinges, ... your request ;
and delivered pre-sanded.
Edges are micro-ball, edges cut fins and sinks to dismissal or servos milled.
So far, my greatest achievement was 8.33 m.
Upon request, I can provide the wings key, and all accessories needed to finish.
An estimate is provided to you upon presentation of a design with accurate coast.
